2 is in Korvanjund: You must have started The Jagged Crown quest in order to enter (doesnt matter which side you pick) and Hag's End: Found before the fourth round of battle with the Hagraven. and my followers gawk in amazement and compliment me while also saying ''they didnt even put up a proper fight! thats how its done'' :D if you want to know where the locations of the shout are.there are 3 of course 1 is in Labyrinthian: You can't enter until you're almost done the College of Winterhold questline. i end up killing 8 enemies before my followers even walk up the stairs to help me. well apart from that if any of you get the chance i recommend finding the ''Slow Time'' shout because that shout makes me feel like Neo using my master destruction spells to obliterate opponents as they try to shoot me with arrows or hit me with their sword or even shoot spells at me.using the slow time shout you can dodge literally everything. this dumb staff is only good for decorating my home in solitude. perhaps my dark elf mage sloot is just a power beast when it comes to spells but still the staff of magnus should be more powerful than all the master spells in the game.

i even got a mod that increases the damage of the staff to its highest it can go and my master spells still do more damage. its supposed to be this all powerful staff of a master mage yet its damage is worse than a fireball staff i can make in 2 seconds -_.

I'm sorry but i have to say the staff of magnus is the biggest disapointment in the game for me.
